Below you’ll find all the details of your CareChair warranty. It’s straightforward, transparent, and built around one simple idea — we’ve got your back.

Every Eahora electric wheelchair is backed by the manufacturer's warranty, offering comprehensive coverage against manufacturing defects for the original owner. Replacement parts are delivered only within the United States.If you purchase an electric wheelchair and ship it to another country, replacement parts will only be provided within the country of original shipment.

Plastic casing Wear and tear is not covered, unless damaged upon receipt
Rubber pads Wear and tear is not covered, unless damaged upon receipt

This Limited Warranty does not cover damage resulting from the following causes:

1. Improper Use & Handling

  • Damage caused by abuse, misuse, accidents, neglect, or commercial use;
  • Damage resulting from improper operation, maintenance, or storage practices;
  • Damage from operating methods not specified in the user manual;

2. Unauthorized Modifications & Maintenance

  • Damage resulting from modifications performed by parties not authorized by Eahora;
  • Damage caused by improper or incorrect maintenance and adjustments;
  • Damage resulting from failure to perform required regular inspections and maintenance;

3. Normal Wear & Environmental Factors

  • Damage from normal wear, tear, and natural aging (including fading or deterioration of surfaces);
  • Damage caused by external factors such as chemicals, acid rain, bird droppings, flying stones, or metal dust;
  • Damage resulting from natural disasters including typhoons, floods, earthquakes, and fires;

4. Overloading & Neglect

  • Damage caused by overloading (exceeding specified weight capacity);
  • Damage resulting from failure to follow operational guidelines in the user manual;
